Sean was the ultimate host! The home exceeded all expectations — beautifully designed, stylishly decorated and spotlessly clean. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable furnishings to the fully stocked coffee & espresso bar (complete with coffee and pods!). The layout was perfect for our girls’ weekend — four spacious bedrooms and three pristine bathrooms — yet it would be just as amazing for families, with the fun game and arcade room, relaxing hot tub, and even a karaoke room. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely book with this incredible Superhost again!
Our stay was perfect - the house is even better than the pictures convey. There was so much at the house to do that after a day of hiking we chose to spend the next day enjoying the games, hot tub, sauna, and other amenities. We cooked big meals and played games and it was the perfect place to get away with our teens/young adults. A lasting memory for me would be sitting on the porch with my coffee in the morning and watching a mama bear and her four yearlings walk by - AMAZING!

The downstairs floor has two bedrooms (one with two queen beds, and one with a King bed), with an external shared bathroom. Step onto the large, deck and take in sweeping forested mountain views, with long range views in the winter months. The outdoor area includes a bubbling hot tub, a fire pit with Adirondack seating, and plenty of space for morning coffee or evening stargazing. For the ultimate retreat experience, the home also features a custom-built 6-person cedar sauna—perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or exploring downtown. With four comfortable bedrooms (including a private primary suite), fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful details throughout, this home offers a peaceful base for your Asheville adventure.

The house located in a wooded area with deer, black bear, and other local wildlife. In general the black bear bears are very timid of humans and noise, but you will need to take precaution to keep all house doors, windows, and vehicle locked, as well as trash contained.
