September 17-2025 5.00We stayed here for a bachelor party weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The house is spacious, clean, and really well set up for a group — plenty of beds, open common areas, and a kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor area with the firepit was perfect for hanging out, and the games downstairs kept everyone entertained. The location made it easy to get into downtown Asheville for breweries, food, and nightlife. The host was super responsive and made check-in/check-out a breeze. Everyone in the group agreed this place was ideal for a fun, comfortable weekend. Highly recommend for anyone coming with family or friends, whether for a celebration or just to enjoy Asheville.

September 10-2025 5.00The house was exactly as described. Great for large groups! We really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and games… had a blast. The location was wonderful- the house is secluded and gives you the mtn feel, but is very convenient to restaurants and things to do. It was my wife’s 40th birthday and the hosts left thoughtful treats for us to enjoy. We loved our stay!

September 04-2025 5.00I stayed there with a group of 5 couples and the house was better than I expected and had plenty of space and bathrooms. We had a great time in the game room and the number (9!) and size of TVs was way beyond expectations. Definitely worth the 5 star rating!

Private events such as small weddings will have to get special pricing - please inquire. The house located in a heavily wooded area with bears, deer, and other local wildlife. You will need to take precaution to keep all house doors, windows, and vehicle locked, as well as trash contained. Do not leave food in your vehicle. There are also bugs in the summertime in the evenings. Two security camera on the entrance and driveway of the property, recording 24/7 for security purposes
