June 21-2026 5.00Great stay for our group of 6 adults and 2 kiddos. We enjoyed our time at the house as much as we did our and about! Our favorite part was all the bear spottings we had! Sean was very helpful with a couple questions we had and was quick to respond. The location was central to many breweries, restaurants, and the parkway!

June 16-2026 5.00Wow! Everything was great from setting/view to comfortable modern furniture, to major amenities (hot tub, sauna, karaoke room) and minor amenities like a true coffee bar. A bear visited us a few times, safely (we on the deck, her in the woods). It was a short drive to town. We did choose to take uber one night, and arranging rides to and from was no problem. I can’t imagine staying anywhere better in Asheville!

June 10-2026 5.00Absolutely a beautiful and peaceful location with everything you could ask for a long weekend getaway to Asheville. Great location to downtown or to see the crown jewel, The Biltmore Estate. The owners are quick to respond and connected us with staff to have groceries delivered before our arrival. The hot tub, fire pit and karaoke room were all such fun way to spend time with our group. Spotlessly clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The enormous deck on the house was able to accommodate our group of ten to have the local yoga studio, Namaste in Nature, lead us in a morning yoga class. Fantastic all the way!

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, a gas-burning fireplace, and large windows that bring the mountain landscape in. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for group meals, and the spacious dining area seats everyone comfortably. The top floor includes a spacious master with vaulted ceilings, large soaking tub, and an ensuite small bunk room specifically designed for kids. Looking to have some fun? Head downstairs to the Blue Ridge Disco & Karaoke Lounge, game room, complete with a pool table, board games, and a cozy lounge space with a smart TV. The downstairs floor has two bedrooms (one with two queen beds, and one with a King bed), with an external shared bathroom. Step onto the large, deck and take in sweeping forested mountain views, with long range views in the winter months. The outdoor area includes a bubbling hot tub, a fire pit with Adirondack seating, and plenty of space for morning coffee or evening stargazing. For the ultimate retreat experience, the home also features a custom-built 6-person cedar sauna—perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or exploring downtown. With four comfortable bedrooms (including a private primary suite), fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful details throughout, this home offers a peaceful base for your Asheville adventure.

Notes
The house located in a wooded area with deer, black bear, and other local wildlife. In general the black bear bears are very timid of humans and noise, but you will need to take precaution to keep all house doors, windows, and vehicle locked, as well as trash contained. While all our properties have routine pest control, we are surrounded by nature and at times nature will find its way inside. There are security cameras on property: 1 Ring Camera faces the main entry door *deck and hot tub is all private Cameras are on 24/7, have the ability to record audio/video
